Come in, meet with one of our qualified coaches, and find out what will be right for you. Our facility offers multiple pathways for all individuals that will meet you where you are. This meeting is designed to find out what your goals are, what your experience is, decide if we are the right fit for you, and make sure all your needs are discussed. We will, together, plan your entry into our programs. Someone who is a beginner may have a very different pathway to getting started than someone who's done CrossFit before.
We have many different programs including: Beginner Ramp Up, Traditional CrossFit class, Burn Bootcamp, Personal Training, and Athletic Performance Training. We also offer varying monthly membership options that are dependent on how many times you would like to visit per week. After your 1-on-1 we will have a clear path to what type of classes you are interested in, and how often you plan on coming to reach your goals. Those factors will dictate what membership you choose.
This seems like a no brainer, but this is a MUST! You can't see results or expect anything significant to happen if you don't hold yourself accountable. Don't be scared if its your first time, we will be there to coach you the whole way through.
All memberships, except for punchcards, will require an authorized monthly draft of a debit or credit card. These drafts will be made on the 1st of the month in full. If you join in the middle of a month you will be pro-rated the remainder of cost for membership that month.
